The Mission Bay Aquatic Center offers an accessible water sports program for all our watersports plus specific classes adapted for persons with disabilities. Our goal is to enable people with disabilities to take a more active part in all water sports. Using a little imagination and a few adaptations, it is possible for people of all levels of ability to participate. The Mission Bay Aquatic Center host several group events each year in conjunction with community groups such as San Diego City Disabled Services, Sharp Rehabilitation, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Please check our Upcoming Events Listing on this page for registration information. In addition to our inclusive classes, we offer classes that are exclusively for persons with disabilities. Classes offered include Freedom Sailing, and Accessible Waterskiing. Mission Bay Youth Watersports Camp is an inclusive environment that encourages children of all levels of ability to attend. Please call the camp director at (858) 539-2003 for more information. Inclusion assistance and training is provided by Kid's Included together San Diego, Inc.
