Boating Safety Courses at MBAC

While there is no boating license requirement in California, the safety of your passengers is your responsibility and it is important that you understand the fundamentals of boating safety before skippering a powerboat. This series of seminars, sponsored by the California State Division of Boating and Waterways, is designed to give a skipper the knowledge to confidently take control of your vessel and ensure a safe and fun time on the water. Boating Safety is a critical component of fun on the water. We offer a series of classes that mix classroom instruction with hands on learning to help you become a confident and safe skipper.
