November is Movember and Liquid Force is looking for a few good men and women to join the Liquid Force squad in raising money for prostate cancer research. Just head on over to Movember.com, follow the prompts and sign up as a Liquid Force team member! You can win prizes by donating cash or sporting the swagist stache as selected by Obscura team rider, Aaron Reed.
It’s free and easy!
You’ll need to start clean shaven November 1st, then we’ll be taking a weekly roll call to see your facial progress.
If you can raise some funds via your facial prowess for the team that’s great, but no pressure.
Have fun with it, you’ll be the envy of all your friends, and rock that mustache proudly! All donations benefit men’s prostate and testicular cancer initiatives, so it all goes to a great cause!
To donate now, head to http://mobro.co/sgrant
If you’re in need of some growing pointers, watch this from our friend Ron Swanson:
We’re looking for Mo Sista’s too, sign up and help us raise $, we need you!
See you on the Mustachio’s squad this #Movember!

As a result of the difficult economic climate, hunger is at an all time high in San Diego. In response, the 74,000 students, staff and faculty of SDSU, UCSD, CSUSM, and PLNU are doing their part to help feed the community by participating in the Colleges Rock Hunger contest Oct. 5 – 28, hosted by the San Diego Food Bank. Each university is competing to see which campus community can collect the most food donations to kick off the SD Food Bank Holiday Drive.
