MBAC veteran returns as new Camp CoordinatorWe are pleased to welcome back former MBAC employee, Julia Greenfield, as The Watersport Camp’s new Camp Operations Coordinator. Julia worked at MBAC during her time at SDSU before leaving for the Caribbean. Julia was first introduced to the Mission Bay Aquatic Center as a rower on the SDSU Women’s Rowing Team. She has worked at MBAC in several capacities starting as the camp photographer and camp administrator and later serving as a Camp Lead, and ultimately as MBAC Special Events Coordinator. In 2006 she moved to the Caribbean and worked as the Assistant Director of Campus Living for the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine on the island of St. Kitts. She spent three years there learning to dive and enjoy watersports as much as her time would allow. She is now back in San Diego and is excited to be back at MBAC as the new Camp Coordinator. She can be reached at (858) 488-1000 x230 or by email at jgreenfield@mbaquaticenter.com.
“I’m happy to be back at the MBAC and beautiful San Diego, and am looking forward to a great year of camp! Our counselors are so amazing, and I know it is going to be an awesome summer. We hope to see you here soon!” |
