Classes are open to both students and non-students
There is still time to add a watersports class that will run now through the first week of December. While many of the students in these classes will be taking the course for university credit, it can also be an opportunity for a semester-long class at a great price... even if you are not interested in the unit.

MBAC fall hours begin
The MBAC has started it's fall hours. From now through October 2nd our hours will be:
Tuesday-Sunday: 8am-6pm
CLOSED MONDAYS
Starting October 4th our hours will be:
Tuesday-Sunday: 8am-5pm
CLOSED MONDAYS
Rental equipment will need to be returned 30 minutes prior to closing.

The Paddle For Clean Water is a non-competitive event that consists of over 1000 local surfers and ocean enthusiasts paddling around the Ocean Beach Pier to bring awareness to the pollution problem along San Diego’s coastline. It is a free event, and everyone is invited to participate with any human-powered paddlecraft. As part of the festivities, there will be free breakfast for all paddlers, guest speakers, a raffle and beach cleanup.
