Why should somebody try rowing?

“Rowing is a very adaptive sport that anyone can enjoy. It is a challenging sport, but the rewards from learning it have provided me with some of the best moments of my life. Depending on your goals, you can get a great workout, or can just relax and go out for a stress-relieving row. Either way, rowing is a great way to be active and enjoy all that Mission Bay has to offer.”

The Mission Bay Aquatic Center is owned and operated by Associated Students of San Diego State University and Campus Recreation of the University of California San Diego.
